2. Use of the Service

BrainBash provides an educational platform for quizzes, learning resources, and academic networking. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.

Prohibited Conduct: You may not use the platform for cheating, plagiarism, or to distribute harvested data. Automated scraping of quiz questions is strictly prohibited.

3. User Accounts

4. Marketplace and Wallets

Our marketplace allows users to buy and sell academic notes and materials.

Wallet Balances: Funds in your BrainBash wallet are for use within the platform. Withdrawal policies apply as stated in the marketplace documentation.
Content Ownership: Sellers represent that they own the intellectual property rights to the materials they upload. BrainBash is not responsible for copyright infringements by users but will act upon valid DMCA notices.

5. Intellectual Property

The platform design, logos, and proprietary quiz content are the property of BrainBash. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service for personal, non-commercial educational use.

6. Limitation of Liability

BrainBash is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrainBash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of your jurisdiction. BrainBash and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of your country shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
